An Extraordinary General Meeting and Information Session of the British Columbia Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Practitioners will be held:

ALL MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING ARE INVITED TO ATTEND

The purpose of this Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is to read and review proposed changes to 14 ATCMA bylaws.  While most of the proposed changes are needed to reflect current administrative practices, there are some important adjustments that aim to strengthen the ATCMA Board of Directors composition and operation.

Please review the attached Special Resolutions document carefully.  Once you have done so, please submit your questions to the ATCMA by email or phone.  All questions will be addressed during the EGM.  The EGM will be conducted virtually by representatives from the Board of Directors and Administrative office.  Members who wish to hear the answers to questions raised may also attend virtually.  Invitations to register for the virtual meeting will be sent to members by email no later than September 1, 2022.

Electronic voting on the Special Resolutions will take place from 12:00 PM on Thursday September 8 (one week prior to the EGM) to 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 15. Electronic votes will be tallied by third-party voting software and paper votes will be counted by the ATCMA administrative staff.  Results of the vote will be announced following the closure of the voting period.  Vote tallies will be recorded in the final set of meeting minutes.

If you require a paper ballot, please contact the ATCMA office to request one. Paper ballots must be received by the ATCMA office no later than 1:00 PM Mon Thursday, September 15.

特别决议的电子投票将于 9 月 8 日星期四（特殊会员大会前一周）下午 12:00 至 9 月 15 日星期四下午 1:00 进行。投票将主要使用第三方电子投票软件进行统计，而纸质选票（如有会员需要的话）将由 ATCMA 行政人员统计。投票总和结果将在投票期结束后公布。投票结果将记录在最终的会议记录中。
