Our highly trained licensed members set the gold standard for acupuncture and herbal medicine: ATCMA practitioners are the acupuncture professionals of BC and we want everyone to know why. The ATCMA embraces integrated care opportunities with the conviction that it takes a village of professionals to support patients and their families, so we are working with Government, expanding public, peer and professional education, and promoting insurance coverage for our members and patients.
By eliminating barriers to acupuncture and TCM herbal therapies, the ATCMA’s vision is to ensure every British Columbian has access to the many benefits comprehensive TCM therapies have to offer, making BC the healthiest place to live.

Have your say on the PCE Chinese exam! The CTCMA will be sending out a survey to all registrants soon, so be sure to participate when you receive it.

I have to say, surveying registrants on the status of the Chinese exam, but doing virtually nothing of the sort as far as surveying registrants about how important they feel the Scope of practice update is seems to be highly preferential to the concerns of one group over the concerns of the entire registrant body.
