Student
If you’re studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, the ATCMA is here to support you throughout your education and as you transition into professional practice. Join ATCMA for access to practice resources, professional guidance, advocacy updates, and educational opportunities designed to help you build a strong foundation for your future career.
Student Membership is offered on an annual subscription basis and renews automatically each year to ensure uninterrupted access to member benefits. Renewal reminder emails are sent in advance through our secure external payment system, giving you the opportunity to review your membership and cancel prior to the renewal date, if you choose.
ATCMA may ask for verification of your student status. ATCMA may occasionally change subscription fees, and notice will be delivered in advance to all members via email prior to these changes.
Cancellation Rights
Members may cancel their membership at any time — whether before or after a renewal date — by providing written notice to info@atcma.org . No cancellation fee or penalty will apply.
Refunds
- If ATCMA receives written notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date a membership fee is paid (whether for a first-time membership, renewal, or reinstatement), the member will receive a full refund, with no deductions or penalties.
- If written notice is received after 7 days, the member will receive a prorated refund, calculated based on the number of days remaining in the membership period from the date ATCMA receives the notice.

Lifetime
Enjoy all of the benefits and perks of the Practitioner Plan with a simple, one-time payment. This is a lifetime membership with no additional fees throughout your career.
Ideal for the professional looking for lifelong support and access to practice resources.
Lifetime Membership — Refund and Cancellation Policy
A Lifetime Membership is a one-time payment that provides the member with ongoing access to all of ATCMA's member benefits for the duration of their lifetime membership.
Non-Refundable
Once the 7-day cooling-off period described below has passed, Lifetime Membership payments are non-refundable. This policy is disclosed to all members prior to purchase.
7-Day Cooling-Off Period
Members who wish to cancel their Lifetime Membership and receive a full refund of the amount paid may do so by submitting a written request to ATCMA within 7 days of the date payment was made. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@atcma.org. The date ATCMA receives the written request — not the date it is sent — determines whether the request falls within the cooling-off period.
Refund requests received after the 7-day cooling-off period has ended will not be granted, and the Lifetime Membership will remain non-refundable.
