Agni Georgina Larsen
Agni Larsen, of Twin Cedars Holistic Health, is an educator and practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine as well as a Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Agni began her formal study of Chinese Medicine in 2013 at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences, continued her education at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver in 2016, and completed her 5-year Doctorate of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific Rim College in 2017. Agni is a long term student of Tibetan Buddhism and holds a BA in Buddhist Studies and Himalayan Language from Kathmandu University in Nepal where she lived from 2008-2011. Agni currently practices out of Pacific Rim College as a clinic supervisor, Atlas Health Therapy in downtown Victoria's Bastion Square and Twin Cedars Holistic Health, her home-based practice on the Victoria-Saanich border. She has a special interest in outreach acupuncture, mental and emotional health, addictions, autoimmune conditions, eating disorders, pain modulation, dermatology, digestive health, optimal nutrition, and Chinese botanicals. She loves working with women to balance hormones, regulate menstruation, improve fertility, and support all three trimesters of pregnancy. Agni has additional training in AcuSculpt and Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture, including facial rejuvenation and cellulite reduction. Outside of her Chinese Medicine practice, you can find Agni painting, meditating, shamanic journeying and healing ancestral trauma, brewing potions, writing spoken word poetry, practicing qi gong, and curling up with fantasy and sci-fi novels.
