For patients: I am a Doctor of TCM and I come from a family of alternative medicine practitioners.
With my extensive training and experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, I specialize in addressing pain, musculoskeletal and joint issues, and I’m a valuable clinic team member in rehabilitation programs. My holistic approach focuses on addressing the root causes of body imbalance within both the physical body and the lifestyle of my patients. I’m committed to understanding each patient’s unique needs and crafting personalized treatment plans that foster long-term healing and well-being.
My areas of expertise extend beyond pain management and rehabilitation. I provide care for a variety of medical conditions, including gynecological issues, fertility concerns, digestive and metabolic disorders and hormonal imbalances. Additionally, my training allows me to effectively treat anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as chronic degenerative diseases, circulatory disorders, and degenerative eye conditions. By employing a range of techniques such as acupuncture (including scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture), cupping, moxibustion, Gua Sha, Tui Na massage, and herbal medicine, I ensure comprehensive and versatile treatment options for my patients.
My mastery of various acupuncture styles further enhances my ability to address diverse health challenges. I’ve studied techniques ranging from the most gentle, such as Japanese acupuncture, which uses shallow insertion of very thin needles, to more intensive methods like dry needling (IMS), which is highly valued by athletes for its effectiveness in relieving muscle tension and enhancing performance. This versatility allows me to customize treatments to suit each patient’s comfort level and specific therapeutic needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to patient education and empowerment. I believe that informed patients are better equipped to take control of their health and engage in their healing journey. Through my guidance, patients gain insights into their conditions and learn how to make lifestyle changes that support their recovery and overall health.
