Format
Both in-person and online attendance options are available.
Language & Accessibility Information
Good News About More Options for Language and Recordings!
As previously shared, all instructors will be presenting in English only, and in-person sessions will be conducted in English, without live interpreters or translation services due to scheduling and logistical considerations.
The good news is that online attendees will have access to Zoom’s automated translated captions, including a Chinese language option. These captions are intended as a supportive accessibility feature; however, as they are machine-generated, we cannot guarantee their accuracy—particularly for specialized TCM terminology and concepts that may not translate easily through automated systems.
Conference recordings will be made available after the event, allowing all registered participants to revisit sessions they attended or catch up on sessions they may have missed.
